2. Nature of the Service — what DarkSweep IS

DarkSweep is a market data and pattern-detection research tool. It aggregates publicly available and licensed market data — including options flow, dark-pool prints, sweep activity, technical conditions, and macro indicators — and surfaces computed observations such as unusual options activity, multi-signal convergence ("setups"), and historical reaction patterns at price levels.

The Service is intended for educational and informational research purposes only.

3. NOT investment advice — what DarkSweep is NOT

5. No warranty as to data or content

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DarkSweep, the Company, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and data providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any trading or investment decision you make based on content obtained from the Service.
